Catchup Math Lunch & Learn
District administrators are invited to join us on Thursday, August 25, from
11:30 AM to 1 PM for a Catchup Math Lunch & Learn at Puget
Sound ESD in Renton.
Lunch will be provided and this lively event will feature:
- The honorable Michael Fox, retired King County Superior
Court Judge, who will discuss the fascinating best seller, The Calculus
of Friendship: What a Teacher and a Student Learned About Life while Corresponding
about Math, and his personal relationship with the subject of the book:
math teacher Don Joffray. Each attendee will receive a free copy of the book!
- Dr. Jane Chadsey, recent Curriculum Director from
Renton Public Schools, who will share why her district chose Catchup Math
as an online math intervention tool for their high schools and alternative
schools, and how the schools have successfully implemented Catchup Math.
- Tina Hamilton, Regional Accounts Manager for Catchup
Math, who will provide a brief real-time demonstration of Catchup
Math and will distribute special pricing options available to members of WLS.
