Washington Learning Source is excited to partner with Allyant to offer a one year free trial of CommonLook Edu, a best-in-class tool for creating accessible PDFs for screen reader dependent students, teachers, admin, parents, and the like. 

CommonLook Edu is a tool designed specifically with classroom needs in mind. It is capable of remediating math equations, exporting to Braille and other formats, and equipped with an AI-based, simplified editor to reduce time and effort the remediation process. 

The Washington Learning Source grant provides users with CommonLook Edu access through May 30, 2027, live and prerecorded training, and expert support.

• Alternative Format Production: Support diverse learning needs by producing high-quality alternative formats, including Braille and reflowed large print, ensuring that every student has equitable access to essential educational materials.
• Accessible Procurement (ProcureEnsure): Help academic institutions integrate accessibility requirements into their technology procurement and RFP processes, ensuring that new tools and platforms support the institution's commitment to inclusivity from the start.
